Five Kaytranada remixes you need to hear today

Canadian music producer KAYTRANADA is best known for this hip hop remixes of TLC, Janet Jackson and Missy Elliot. With an album set to be released in 2014, and a series of high profile collaborations in the mix, KAYTRANADA’s sound has become essential listening.

Born in Haiti and raised in Montreal, KAYTRANADA began DJing at the age of 14. Through a series of instant classic remixes, and an unforgettable sound of swing drums, funky bass lines and his signature soulful melodies, KAYTRANADA  is set for big things. Describing his music on Facebook as “stuff that’ll make you dance, stuff that’ll make you do mosh pits, stuff that makes you wanna have sex with and neck breaking beats”, his new take on dance is essential listening.
